The story centers on the protagonist, the child of the legendary hero Ortega, who embarks on a journey to complete their father’s mission after Ortega’s untimely failure against the Archfiend Baramos. On their sixteenth birthday, the protagonist is summoned by the king of Aliahan and given the quest to defeat Baramos and save the world from impending doom.

This remake, set for release on November 14, 2024, uses HD-2D graphics, blending 2D pixel art with 3D effects to bring a fresh, visually rich experience to a beloved storyline. Players will explore a vast world filled with towns, castles, caves, and mysteries, meeting various characters and allies along the way to help in their quest to rid the world of darkness.
